Our eDesign package includes a virtual initial design consultation, personalized mood boards with custom shopping lists, detailed recommendations, floor plans, a virtual reveal, and two rounds of revisions. Our Process
DISCOVERY PHASE
Let's embark on a journey of discovery! This is where we get to know you better, understand your aspirations for your home, delve into your lifestyle, and draw inspiration from your unique vision. During this phase, you'll also gain insights into our design process, timelines, pricing, and what you can anticipate when collaborating with our dedicated design team.
The steps in this phase include:
- Completing our Design Questionnaire
- Engaging in a Discovery Call
- Development of Scope of Work and Custom Design Quote
To kickstart Step 3 of the Discovery Phase, we request an initial investment of $425 +HST. This investment ensures that both you and our team are equally committed to the journey ahead before we proceed with further work.
PLANNING PHASE
The Planning Phase is a critical stage of your project. Typically spanning 3-5 months, the duration may vary depending on the size and complexity of your project. During this phase, we meticulously select materials and products, presented to you at the Liberty Showroom for the big reveal. You will receive a comprehensive design package including all the visual and technical design details, setting the stage for a seamless transition into the implementation phase.

EXECUTION PHASE
The Execution Phase is where your vision becomes a reality. Our skilled team takes center stage, bringing the design to life. This phase involves the careful coordination of contractors, craftsmen, and suppliers to ensure every detail aligns perfectly with the plan.

- Implementation of Design Plan
- On-Site Project Management
